Fred M Cup Measuring Matroyshkas, Set of 6 Dry Measuring Cups

If you are a hypoglycemic, you learn very quickly to measure EVERYTHING. Portion control is very important. But, just because you have to measure everything, doesn’t mean that you can’t have some fun in the process. A couple years ago I came across these Fred M Cup Measuring Matroyshkas measuring cups and fell in love with them!

Not only do they look fun on my countertop, but I’ve had my set for a couple of years and they’ve survived multiple drops and a lot of dishwasher rides with no problem.  Are they functional? For basic measuring, yes. When I need to be really precise, I do get out my ultra sturdy and handy Tupperware measuring cups. But, overall, they are a nice addition to my kitchen and a handy tool for helping me control my hypoglycemia.

I forgot my milk and coffee this morning, so I picked up a Special K Protein Shake on the way to work. It tastes like…chemicals. Seriously folks, it’s bad. Buy Myoplex Lite instead. It tastes much better.
