    I like this article! ‘Practicality’ isn’t something you hear often when it comes to losing weight, but it’s really a factor. 🙂

    I love the MyFitnessPal app for helping me count my calories and track my exercise.

      Thanks Laura! I agree, too many of the articles aren’t practical or realistic. This gives very concise advice!

      I also agree about MyFitnessPal! I use it a lot to look up the nutritional information. I’ve found that app to be the most consistent and accurate.
